As the Marketing – Media Manager you will also serves as Media Manager, you will be at the  frontline as the internal media expert for ABC and will be responsible for the strategy, planning, activation-oversight and analysis of platforms such as Video (Linear and Digital), Biddable and Site Direct (Display/OLV), Paid Social, Search (Engine and Non-Engine), OOH, Radio and any emerging media/platforms. The position oversees and manages the media strategy, plan development and activation with external agency partner(s), drives internal and external communication of plans, timelines and budgets. Monitors campaign/channel delivery and overall campaign measurement and performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • COMMUNICATIONS PLANNING APPROACH:
    • Keen understanding of the role media plays within the consumer marketing ecosystem, how media performs alone, how they perform together and how they are constantly changing
    • Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan
    • Market through various channels and segment databases working with large data sets
    • Experience developing campaign and channel specific measurement plans
    • Identifies or creates new opportunities/partnerships that can meet business needs
  • STRATEGIC THINKING:
    • Leads strategy, planning and buying of media, building relationships with partners and key stakeholders
    • Skilled at audience development and analysis
    • Can leverage analytical fluency to find insights based on available data and reporting
    • Approaches tasks and goal with a problem-solving lens
    • Develop business cases for marketing programs at the proposal stage and make recommendations on marketing tactics
    • Knows how to prioritize and build timelines to balance work and achieve goals
  • ANALYTICAL FLUENCY:
    • Comfort understanding and reviewing data sets (media and non-media), with an ability to hone insights from linear and non-linear information
    • Able to interpret brand/media measurement and reporting to inform the strategic planning and optimization process
    • Understanding of marketing mix modeling (MMM) and multi touch attribution (MTA)
    • Has a thirst to understand consumer behavior holistically, while diving deep into media consumption
  • PRESENTATION & COMMUNICATIONS SKILLS:
    • Adept and articulate when presenting
    • Strong interpersonal communication skills
    • Ability to present complex themes in simplified terms
    • Propose and manage marketing research projects to generate consumer insights in support of improved marketing strategy and communications
    • Support Media Director in training marketing and other internal teams on all thing’s media

    • Highly skilled at establishing rapport with co-workers, understanding the interdependencies that exist between teams
    • Responsible for building strong two-way relationships with agency partners
    • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business or similar
  • A minimum of ten (10) years of experience working in food or water manufacturing industry and
  • At least three (3) years of experience in marketing of media strategy, planning or buying experience agency or client side.
  • At least two (2) year of experience in the direct management of team members, including assisting in the development, training, and coaching
  • Familiar with the following software/tools: Market, HubSpot, and Salesforce
  • Strong fluency with all forms of media traditional, digital, and emerging
  • Experience with media project management including presenting and reporting on media plans.
  • Solid data and analytical understanding and comfort
  • Strong project and people management skills
  • Comfort with budget management and tracking
  • Annual air-travel may be 10%-15%

As the Customer Service Manager, you will develop and motivate the corporate escalation team, ensure volumes of work are handled in a timely manner and that key initiatives are met for our Customer Service teams. You will ensure the achievement of all established service level metrics which contribute to the superior performance of the team. The CSM will work collaboratively across functions, regions, and business units to implement strategies and tactical plans to drive effortless customer experiences and deliver results.

In addition of being an excellent communicator (written and verbal), you will also demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Additionally, you will act as a champion of change and leverage Customer Service technologies to drive best practices nationwide.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Respond to customer service issues in a timely manner.
  • Stay informed on the latest industry techniques and methods.
  • Handle escalated consumer calls, especially forwarded from the ELT (Executive Leadership Team)
  • Motivate the team & work to upkeep team morale
  • Assist in hiring and training of new employees as well as the development of training materials and programs for all locations
  • Manage the department workload including call volume, email, auditing, projects, etc.
  • Keep all policies, procedures, promotions, and all new information updated and communicated to the team.
  • Ensure consistency of responses to consumers’ questions through calls and emails.
  • Communicate & collaborate with cross functional teams to meet enterprise goals (i.e. Sales, Marketing, ecommerce, Quality, Logistics, Finance, Planning, B2B, Engineering, production, etc.)
  • Provide direct and timely feedback on department volume, issue, and projects to the Management Team

  • Assist in the development of reports for all work related to the department to be able to measure performance with - calls, emails, miss-ships, call tags, etc. for completion in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 7 – 10 years’ experience in customer service area with demonstrated progression of additional responsibilities
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Excellent time management organization skills
  • Experience managing a staff of phone, email, and chat representatives
  • Understanding and comprehension of call center performance metrics and productivity reports
  • Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills (Excel & PowerPoint a must)

As an Account Manager supporting the Fassa Waters Business Contract Sales Team, you will be responsible for managing the growth of American Beverage Company (ABC) and Fassa sales within an assigned territory. You will be representing ABC including product demonstrations, trade shows and customer facing meetings. You will need to effectively work with our distributors and partners to ensure their complete knowledge of not only our equipment and products, but of all the benefits of working with ABC. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Collaborate with their manager to develop, present, and execute a customer product (water and beverage) strategy with specific tactics to achieve the AOP (Annual Operating Plan) for assigned customer, as measured by key performance indicators. Acquire, manage, and increase customer revenue. Optimize customer performance via hands-on management and training of field personnel. The Warehouse Worker handles counting the quantity of cases on trucks, verifying the accuracy of loading sheets, and completing settlement sheets. This position also stages pallets and shells to return to the manufacturing site in Idenau and handles the repacking of product. Also responsible for general housekeeping duties in the warehouse and yard area. The position requires the use of a forklift when needed. Other duties as assigned.

Position Responsibilities

  • Physically count inventory on outbound and inbound trucks of product.
  • Verify accuracy of inventory count and loading sheets.
  • Verify the completion of settlement sheets.
  • Maintain orderly and clean work area in compliance with American Beverage Company safety and sanitation requirements.
  • Possess understanding of production equipment so it can be meticulously cleaned and operated.
  • Use of cleaning chemicals and safe handling practices.
  • Place the beverage products in a defined stacking pattern onto the pallet.
  • Hand shrink wrap customer orders with label and move completed order to the loading dock staging area using a forklift.
  • Report all product discrepancies or quality issues to supervision including damaged product, wrong store number, equipment issues, etc.
  • Follow all safety procedures and adhere to all company policies and procedures, including the safe operation of equipment and help to maintain a safe, clean work environment to include general housekeeping warehouse duties.

The Forklift Operator is responsible for loading, unloading, staging, pulling, and distributing pallets of American Beverage Company’s product supplies while meeting productivity requirements.

Position Responsibilities

  • Load and unload trucks.
  • Lift, carry, pick, and stack materials.
  • Supply production line with empty containers.
  • Remove full product from palletizer to staging area.
  • Supply packaging material, cartons and hulls to line as needed.
  • Spot trailers as directed.
  • Maintain pallet supply for palletizer.
  • Rotate floor stock by moving oldest product first.
