The Office Assistant is responsible for working with Branch Management, Cashiering, and work closely with the office team.
Position Responsibilities
- Learning to do Orientations, Inventory reports, and other duties
- Ensure all daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports are on time and accurate. Pull, understand, interpret, and report out data in Excel from systems including but not limited to Margin Minder, Salient, and SAP.
- Develop presentations in PowerPoint for the team. Develop templates, graphics, and chart inputs at highest professional standards.
- Inventory – help counting product
- Up-Date Visual Management Boards on a weekly basis
- Maintain a high level of integrity when dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
- Prioritize requests and perform other duties as required.
Requirements
- High school diploma (Baccalaureate/GCE A Level) preferred
- 2 years’ experience in an office setting
- 2 years’ experience with MS Office – Excel, Access, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint (to include experience with Pivot Tables, Writing Functions, and performing V Lookups within Excel)
